Hi, I am glad you were able to find this forum. I use Manna GRO formula for the young bunnies after six months I switch to Manna Pro formula. I feed 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup depending on bunny size and weight. Young bunnies should be given alfalfa hay which is richer in protein calcium and fiber. Bunnies over six months should be offered Timothy or other orchard type grass. Fruits and vegetables are always given as a treat and in low and controlled quantities. It is very easy to over feed a bunny because usually they will happily munch on every delicious morsel offered :).
Did you weigh Alice? Sometimes pictures can be deceiving.
Alice daily food plan
1/4 cup Manna Gro Formula
Timothy hay large handful enough to last 1 day (anymore and she will not eat it all and would mostly need to be tossed out because of defecation onto hay) overtime you will get to know your bunny and know how much hay she will eat in one day without being wasteful.
1 leafy green
other root vegetables such as carrots are high in sugar and should be given sparingly as a treat same goes for Fruits.
I hope this is helpful and as always I am only a click on your keyboard away.
PS. I recommended Timothy instead of Alfalfa because Manna Gro formula is an excellent source of protein and calcium however if you are unable to obtain this brand, do feed Alfalfa instead.
